As a key member of our IT team, you will troubleshoot complex issues, manage service tickets, and contribute to the smooth operation of our internal infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Tier 2 Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access tools like TeamViewer.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and manage IT service requests using our ticketing system (e.g., JIRA or ServiceNow) to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Hardware & Software Deployment: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of employee workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower users with self-service resources and best practices.
- Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, VPN problems, and access control issues.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all systems are compliant with company security policies and software licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
