Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify actionable insights
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to translate data findings into feature improvements and go-to-market strategies
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user experience
- Create predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Present findings to cross-functional teams through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical analysis methods
- Advanced experience with Tableau or Power BI including complex dashboard creation
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects with measurable results
