Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost efficiency
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions)
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems using observability platforms (Datadog/Prometheus)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Develop disaster recovery and backup solutions for critical workloads
- Conduct security assessments and compliance audits (SOC2/ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure/GCP certification
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks
- Strong background in Linux system administration and networking fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python/Shell/PowerShell)
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
