Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor security controls for equity options trading systems
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on financial platforms
- Lead incident response for trading-related security breaches
- Develop threat intelligence for financial market cyber attacks
- Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and NYDFS regulations
- Collaborate with trading desks on security-by-design protocols
- Train traders on social engineering prevention tactics
Qualifications
- 5+ years cybersecurity experience in financial services
- CISSP or CISM certification required
- Expert knowledge of equity options trading systems
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Familiarity with NY DFS 23 NYCRR 500
- Hands-on incident response experience
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
