Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Deploy application updates and patches securely and efficiently.
- Document technical configurations and standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot basic cloud connectivity and server issues.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
- Eagerness to learn cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
