Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems for equity options trading platforms
- Conduct penetration testing on financial systems and remediate vulnerabilities within SLAs
- Monitor and respond to 24/7 security incidents affecting options trading infrastructure
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts to secure algorithmic trading models
- Develop zero-trust architecture for multi-cloud financial data environments
- Lead incident response for APT threats targeting equity markets
- Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and NYSE cybersecurity regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years cybersecurity experience with financial services/equity markets focus
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Expertise in threat intelligence for trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv)
- Advanced knowledge of options trading protocols and market microstructure
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and SOAR platforms
- Strong Python/Go scripting for security automation
- Proven incident response history for financial cyberattacks
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
