In this role, you will architect resilient security frameworks, lead penetration testing initiatives, and ensure our compliance with global standards like SOC2 and ISO27001. You will be the guardian of our data, working alongside industry experts in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the design and implementation of a zero-trust security architecture.
- Lead incident response teams during security breaches and cyber-attacks.
- Conduct rigorous vulnerability assessments and security audits.
- Manage and tune Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Develop and enforce corporate security policies and training programs.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a multi-layered security architecture to protect enterprise assets.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and code reviews.
- Lead incident response efforts, including forensic analysis and containment strategies.
- Manage and monitor Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems to detect anomalies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) through rigorous auditing.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement DevSecOps practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and web security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CSSLP are highly preferred.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container security (Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of managing security incidents and responding to breaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance (if applicable).
