Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge security architectures across cloud and on-premise environments
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations using SIEM and EDR tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise systems
- Develop security automation scripts using Python, Ansible, and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ in engineering roles
- Certifications: CISSP, OSCP, or CCSP required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security, network protocols, and zero-trust architecture
- Proficiency in SIEM (Splunk/QRadar), EDR (CrowdStrike), and threat intelligence platforms
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Experience with cloud-native security tools and container security
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
