Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security architectures to protect cloud/on-premise systems
- Lead incident response operations for security breaches and cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across enterprise environments
- Develop and maintain security policies compliant with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior security professionals and conduct security awareness training
- Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CEH (required), CCSP preferred
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure), SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar), and threat intelligence
- Strong experience with network security, zero-trust architectures, and encryption protocols
- Proven ability to manage security incidents and develop remediation plans
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex security concepts
