Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize key business metrics
- Maintain data quality standards and implement robust ETL processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in healthcare or e-commerce analytics preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS, or equivalent highly valued
