Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity architecture and infrastructure.
- Lead threat hunting activities and conduct vulnerability assessments to identify potential weaknesses.
- Oversee incident response procedures to minimize downtime and data loss during security breaches.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior security analysts and engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GCIH are highly required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM technologies.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
