Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols across cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Lead incident response for complex security breaches using SOAR tools
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments quarterly
- Develop security awareness training for 500+ employees
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Generate executive-level security metrics dashboards
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- Certified CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent (e.g., CISM, CEH)
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong Python/Go scripting for automation tasks
- Experience with AWS/Azure security services (GuardDuty, Sentinel)
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related field
