Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise security frameworks including zero-trust architecture
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Monitor SIEM platforms for threat detection and analysis
- Develop security awareness training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CEH required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network protocols
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (CrowdStrike, Mandiant)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
