Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events across the enterprise environment to identify potential threats.
- Conduct advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify security weaknesses.
- Lead and manage the incident response process for security breaches and cyberattacks.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct security awareness training for staff and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Certification such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols.
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm) and EDR solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
