Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security gaps.
- Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents 24/7 using advanced SIEM tools and threat intelligence.
- Implement and manage security policies and frameworks in strict accordance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Collaborate closely with IT and DevOps teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Manage third-party vendor risk assessments and conduct regular security audits.
- Lead and facilitate security awareness training programs to reduce human error and phishing vulnerability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network defense.
- Certification required: CISSP, CEH, GCIH, or CISM.
- Strong technical knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and endpoint protection.
- Experience with cloud security architectures (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to obtain a Secret or Top Secret clearance (if applicable to the role).
