Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for advanced persistent threats (APTs)
- Develop and execute threat hunting strategies using MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Conduct forensic investigations of security breaches
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement security controls
- Generate executive-level security risk reports
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in SOC environments
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC required
- Expertise in SIEM tuning, IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Proven incident response handling and threat analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
