Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct incident response investigations and forensic analysis
- Implement and maintain security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR)
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security policies and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Lead security awareness training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with 2+ in analyst roles
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in threat detection and incident response methodologies
- Proficiency in network security tools (Wireshark, Nmap)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and zero-trust models
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
