Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Resolve network outages and implement security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migrations and hybrid solutions
- Document network changes and create technical documentation
- Support VoIP systems and wireless network optimization
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Network Engineering or equivalent experience
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification required
- 3+ years experience with Cisco/Juniper hardware
- Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work flexible hours on-call rotation
