Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity issues
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network-related user inquiries
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network upgrades and projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or Network Administration (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on network support experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki network devices
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
