Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Resolve network outages and security incidents within SLA targets
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networks across multiple sites
- Document network topology changes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid cloud integrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco ASA
- Knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory and DNS
- Ability to troubleshoot fiber optic and copper cabling issues
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
