Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response investigations for cyber threats
- Develop and implement threat mitigation strategies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture
- Generate executive-level security reports and dashboards
- Maintain compliance with NIST, CIS, and DoD frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with SOC analyst experience
- CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in threat intelligence and malware analysis
- Proficiency in network security protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
