Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting escalations
- Conduct routine system updates and security patch management
- Participate in ongoing training to master new technologies and certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong customer service skills with excellent written/verbal communication
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Self-motivated with ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Valid Missouri driver's license for occasional on-site visits (if required)
