Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM and EDR platforms
- Lead incident response for security breaches, conducting forensic analysis and root cause investigations
- Develop comprehensive security strategies including zero-trust architecture and cloud security frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into DevOps pipelines
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for critical infrastructure
- Generate executive-level security reports and threat intelligence briefings
Qualifications
- 7+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection or incident response
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC required; GCIH preferred
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Proficiency in Python/PowerShell for automation and scripting
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat hunting methodologies
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
