We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to lead our defense against evolving digital threats. What You Will Do
- Threat Detection & Response: Monitor security events using SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel) to identify and neutralize threats in real-time.
- Incident Management: Lead the incident response lifecycle, conducting forensic analysis and coordinating recovery efforts.
- Vulnerability Management: Oversee penetration testing programs and vulnerability scans to patch critical infrastructure gaps.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.
- Security Architecture: Consult on security best practices for new software development and cloud infrastructure migrations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential breaches or anomalies.
- Implement and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC analysis, or network security.
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, and common attack vectors.
- Proficiency with scripting languages (Python or PowerShell) for automation tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
