Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents across the enterprise network in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat modeling to identify potential risks.
- Manage and optimize Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) tools.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls aligned with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Lead post-incident reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our security posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, network security, or systems administration.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and routing protocols.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
