Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms
- Conduct forensic investigations on security incidents and breaches
- Develop zero-trust architecture frameworks for cloud environments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection and response
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or GIAC Security Expert (GXPN)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and cloud-native tools
- Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, or Splunk
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Proven track record of leading incident response teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
