Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security controls across cloud/on-premise environments
- Lead incident response for security breaches with SIEM tools (Splunk/Symantec)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop/maintain compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on secure architecture design
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 2+ years in analysis roles
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CEH required
- Expertise in threat detection, network security, and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, and endpoint protection platforms
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance (if applicable)
