Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response operations including containment, eradication, and recovery
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across hybrid infrastructures
- Develop zero-trust architecture frameworks and security automation solutions
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Present security posture reports to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/analysis
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Experience with security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) platforms
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Proven ability to lead complex security incident investigations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
