Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM and EDR platforms
- Lead incident response investigations for security breaches and cyberattacks
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across enterprise networks
- Develop comprehensive security policies and compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
- Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on threat analysis experience
- Industry certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
