Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement incident response playbooks
- Collaborate with IT teams to harden network infrastructure
- Generate executive-level security risk reports
- Lead security awareness training programs
- Stay current with emerging threats and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with SOC/NOC experience
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in threat detection (EDR, NDR, IDS/IPS)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure during security incidents
