Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response activities for security breaches and cyberattacks
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Manage security tools including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST and ISO 27001 standards
- Provide security awareness training to employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC required
- Expertise in threat intelligence and attack vector analysis
- Proficiency with network security protocols and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Strong experience with SIEM tools and log analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
