Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise networks
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches
- Develop security policies and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior security analysts and conduct team training sessions
- Collaborate with cloud security teams on AWS/Azure infrastructure hardening
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) required
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure security services)
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
