Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure platforms
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency
- Lead DevOps automation using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
- Implement robust monitoring and disaster recovery solutions
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance (FedRAMP, HIPAA)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architecture reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS/Azure
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect preferred)
- Familiarity with government cloud requirements
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
