Responsibilities
- Manage Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments (Ubuntu/CentOS)
- Implement and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Oversee VMware vSphere infrastructure with HA/DRS configurations
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Nagios
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct quarterly failover tests
- Automate workflows using PowerShell and Python scripting
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud services
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong experience with VMware vSphere and SAN storage
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
