Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Automate system monitoring, patching, and deployment processes with Ansible/Python
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP across hybrid on-prem/cloud environments
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute security compliance audits (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Document system architecture and create operational runbooks for critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, VPC, Azure AD) with 3+ years cloud experience
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and configuration management tools
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog) and ticketing systems (Jira)
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or CompTIA Server+)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues with minimal supervision
