Responsibilities
- Design and manage secure, scalable cloud architectures primarily on AWS and Azure.
- Oversee complex migration strategies and ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and ArgoCD.
- Conduct regular cloud security audits and compliance checks (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Optimize database performance and reduce cloud costs using FinOps principles.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Backend teams to improve application deployment efficiency.
- Lead technical troubleshooting for critical production issues.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) or Azure (AKS, App Service).
- Expert knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Go, or Bash.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, load balancers).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
