We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. You will drive cloud adoption strategies and optimize our technology stack to ensure business continuity and scalability. Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize resource utilization to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Enforce security best practices, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud roadmaps and technical requirements.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash) to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Expert knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are highly preferred.
