Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate security incidents and coordinate incident response activities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams on compliance initiatives (NIST, HIPAA)
- Document security findings and provide executive-level reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and tools
- Certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GIAC preferred)
- Experience with threat hunting and malware analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
