Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with company goals and industry trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models.
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing business workflows and legacy systems.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering and data science teams.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record in a strategic leadership role within a tech-driven organization.
- Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
