Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on advanced AI and machine learning breakthroughs.
- Research and prototype novel neural architectures and generative models capable of solving unsolved problems in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production engineering, ensuring scalable deployment of experimental models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, and Engineering) to address ethical implications and safety standards for AI deployment.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier global conferences to establish thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in machine learning research, with a proven track record of leading technical projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with experience in model optimization and distributed training.
- Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), and transformer architectures.
