As a key member of our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical breakthroughs and production-grade applications, pushing the boundaries of Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Architecting Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for high-impact consumer and enterprise products.
- Research Leadership: Spearhead research projects in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and optimize inference latency to ensure real-time performance in dynamic environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate complex research into market-ready features.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Implementation: Deploy models to cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, AI research, or a similar technical role.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping high-impact AI products to market.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
