Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and deep neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for improved accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure reproducibility and continuous integration of models.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to validate model outputs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, specifically focusing on LLMs and Generative AI advancements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and natural language processing (NLP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
