Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural architectures capable of handling the computational demands of the 2026 era.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on reasoning and autonomous agent capabilities.
- Oversee the integration of quantum-resistant encryption into deep learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical AI concepts into production-ready software.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer models, generative AI, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
