Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models that integrate seamlessly with decentralized networks (Web3).
- Lead the design of proprietary algorithms focused on predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps for future product iterations.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all AI and blockchain infrastructure layers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative tools and frameworks that drive competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with smart contract development (Solidity).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
