Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale LLM applications using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and B2B products.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or NLP.
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience with modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production AI features.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
