Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level technical vision and strategy for AI-driven product features, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems and machine learning pipelines that handle millions of data points in real-time.
- Technical Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (including LLMs, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Edge AI) to integrate into our core stack.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Standards: Maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across all engineering departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Data Systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is required.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative architectural solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
