We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Engineer to lead our research and deployment efforts in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.
The Role
As a Senior AI Engineer at Nexus, you will be at the forefront of technical innovation. You will design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our production ecosystem. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize large-scale machine learning models and deep neural networks.
- Lead the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Implement MLOps pipelines using cloud-native technologies to ensure model scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI product requirements and features.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and NLP to apply cutting-edge techniques to our products.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentoring for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts, transformers, and LLM architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
