Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and deploy robust, scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data with high availability.
- Model Development & Optimization: Lead the research, development, and optimization of deep learning models, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models into our core software products, ensuring seamless performance and user experience.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the long-term AI strategy and roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives for 2026 and beyond.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish rigorous monitoring and evaluation metrics to continuously improve model performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of distributed computing (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
