Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Identify emerging trends in Generative AI and Quantum Computing to integrate into our core product strategy.
- Optimize Model Performance: Drive efficiency improvements in inference latency and model accuracy using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code standards and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI models and data pipelines adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated experience researching and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., Edge AI, Federated Learning).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving projects from conception to deployment.
