Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the end-to-end development of scalable AI and machine learning solutions.
- Define and own the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design microservices architectures that support high availability and fault tolerance.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions at the executive level.
